Everything in Zermatt looks like an old fashioned postcard
The views while traveling to Zermatt leave you speechless. So does the way you get there. Below is the train we drove our car onto which took us through a mountain!
And when you arrive, it just gets even more beautiful.
We took the beautiful Gornergrat train ride all the way to the top of the observation point and then hiked down
The views from the observation point are mind blowing.
The famous Matterhorn (which inspired the shape of my favourite chocolate Toblerone) is breathtaking to look at but in terms of climbing it actually has one of the highest fatality rates of any peak in the Alps.
